This House believes that Artificial Intelligence will do more good than harm.

Four schools debated for the first time at this tournament.

Proposition prevailed in 57% of the debates. The team of Abhi Aitha and Grace Flynn from Westfield / Watkinson won the Final Round on Opposition. Bejay Mugo from The Ethel Walker School took the first place speaker award. Full results can be found on tabroom.com or downloaded here:

Huge thanks to Bruce Johnson and the Eastern Middle School community for hosting. Massive thanks to our fabulous judges, including many High School debaters, who spent a beautiful spring day judging. Thanks to everyone who helped out in Tab. And we are always grateful to the Greenwich Branch of the English Speaking Union and Director Robert Whitby for sponsoring the League.

Please send any great photos you are willing to share to Jen so we can continue to promote the League and attract additional schools.

This wraps up our 2017-18 season of Middle School debate.  We look forward to seeing many of you again next year.
